Article 62.3. Uniform Registration of Canadian Money Judgments Act
Section 13-62.3-102. Definitions. [Editor's note: This section is effective July 1, 2021.]

In this article 62.3:
"Canada" means the sovereign nation of Canada and its provinces and territories."Canadian" has a corresponding meaning.
"Canadian judgment" means a judgment of a court of Canada, other than a judgmentthat recognizes the judgment of another foreign country.
