Article 5. Judicial Districts
Section 13-5-122. Twenty-first district.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 13-5-122 (2020)
(1) The twenty-first judicial district shall be composed of the county of Mesa.
(2) (a) The number of judges for the twenty-first judicial district shall be four.
Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2007, the number of judges forthe twenty-first judicial district shall be five.
Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2019, the number of judges forthe twenty-first judicial district is six.
