Article 5. Judicial Districts
Section 13-5-111. Tenth district.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 13-5-111 (2020)
(1) The tenth judicial district shall be composed of the county of Pueblo.
(2) (a) The number of judges for the tenth judicial district shall be six.
Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2008, the number of judges forthe tenth judicial district shall be seven.
Subject to available appropriations, effective July 1, 2019, the number of judges forthe tenth judicial district is eight.
