Article 17. Attorney Fees
Section 13-17-106. Applicability.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 13-17-106 (2020)
This article shall apply in all cases covered by this article unless attorney fees are otherwise specifically provided by statute, in which case the provision allowing the greater award shall prevail.
