Section 12-300-113. Practice of medicine prohibited.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 12-300-113 (2020)
Subject to section 12-240-107 (3)(m), nothing in this article 300 shall be construed to permit the practice of medicine as defined in section 12-240-107.
