Article 270. Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants

(2) Section 12-270-120 provides for the repeal of this article 270 and the licensing functions of the director of the division of professions and occupations regarding occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants, effective September 1, 2020. However, the provisions are printed in the statutes for an additional year to accommodate the one-year period for winding up the affairs of the director in accordance with ยง 24-34-104 (5), (8), and (9).
