Article 255. Nurses and Nurse Aides
Section 12-255-128. Prescribing opiate antagonists.
An advanced practice registered nurse with prescriptive authority pursuant to section 12-255-112 may prescribe or dispense an opiate antagonist in accordance with section 12-30-110.
