Article 225. Direct-entry Midwives
Section 12-225-110. Unauthorized practice - penalties.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 12-225-110 (2020)
Any person who practices or offers or attempts to practice direct-entry midwifery without an active registration issued under this article 225 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407 (1)(a).
