Article 135. Mortuaries and Crematories
Section 12-135-304. Title protection.

A person shall not advertise, represent, or hold oneself out as or use the title of a "cremationist" unless the applicant has at least five hundred hours practicing or interning as a cremationist and has cremated at least fifty human remains.
