Article 135. Mortuaries and Crematories
Section 12-135-108. Violations and penalties.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 12-135-108 (2020)
Any person who violates this part 1 or part 3 of this article 135 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than twenty-four months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
