Article 105. Barbers and Cosmetologists
Section 12-105-122. Enforcement.

It is the duty of the district attorneys of each judicial district of this state and the attorney general of this state to prosecute all persons charged with the violation of any of the provisions of this article 105. It is the duty of the director to aid the attorneys in the enforcement of this article 105.
