Article 105. Barbers and Cosmetologists
Section 12-105-110. When the director admits applicant.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 12-105-110 (2020)
If the director finds that the applicant meets the qualifications of sections 12-105-108 and 12-105-111 and has submitted any other credentials required by the director for admission to the examination and has paid the required fee, the director shall admit the applicant to examination.
