Section 11-51-803. Repeal of article.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 11-51-803 (2020)
(1) This article is repealed, effective September 1, 2026.
(2) Prior to such repeal, the division of securities shall be reviewed as provided for in section 24-34-104, C.R.S.
