Article 38. Reverse Mortgages
Section 11-38-112. Application of article.
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat § 11-38-112 (2020)
This article shall apply to all reverse mortgages entered into on and after July 1, 1992, and shall not invalidate any reverse mortgage entered into prior to July 1, 1992.
