§ 8-2-103. Penalty for coercing employees

Any person or any member of any firm or an agent, officer, or employee of any such company or corporation, violating the provisions of section 8-2-102 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than six months nor more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
