§ 34-54-106. Penalty
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat ยง 34-54-106 (2018)
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
