§ 19-2-416. Administration or monitoring of medications to persons in juvenile institutional facilities

The executive director of the department of human services has the power to direct the administration or monitoring of medications to persons in juvenile institutional facilities as defined in section 25-1.5-301 (2)(b), C.R.S., in a manner consistent with part 3 of article 1.5 of title 25, C.R.S.
