§ 19-2-1201. Juvenile detention bed cap

(1) For the fiscal year 2003-04 through fiscal year 2010-11, the number of available juvenile detention beds statewide shall be limited to four hundred seventy-nine.
(2) For the fiscal year 2011-12 and from July 1, 2012, through March 31, 2013, the number of available juvenile detention beds statewide shall be limited to four hundred twenty-two.
(3) From April 1, 2013, through June 30, 2013, and for the fiscal year 2013-14 and each fiscal year thereafter, the number of available juvenile detention beds statewide shall be limited to three hundred eighty-two.
