§ 12-39-121. Repeal of article
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat ยง 12-39-121 (2018)
(1) This article 39 is repealed, effective September 1, 2023.
(2) Prior to the repeal, the licensing functions of the board of examiners of nursing home administrators are scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104.
