§ 12-29.7-104. Use of titles restricted

Only a person registered as an athletic trainer may use the title "athletic trainer" or "registered athletic trainer",the letters "A.T.", "A.T.C.", or any other generally accepted terms, letters, or figures that indicate that the person is an athletic trainer.
