§ 12-23-103. Board under department of regulatory agencies

The state electrical board and its powers, duties, and functions are transferred, effective July 1, 1978, by a type 1 transfer, as such transfer is defined in the "Administrative Organization Act of 1968", article 1 of title 24, C.R.S., to the department of regulatory agencies and allocated to the division of professions and occupations.
