§ 12-2-127. Judicial review
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat ยง 12-2-127 (2018)
(1) Any person aggrieved by any final action or order of the board and affected thereby is entitled to a review thereof by the court of appeals by appropriate proceedings under section 24-4-106 (11), C.R.S.
(2) For the purposes of review, the residence of the board shall be the city and county of Denver.
