§ 8-13-103. Penalty for violation

Any person, body corporate, general manager, or employer who violates or causes to be violated any of the provisions of sections 8-13-101 and 8-13-102 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than ninety days nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day in violation of the provisions of sections 8-13-101 and 8-13-102 shall constitute a separate offense.
