§ 6-1-709. Sales of manufactured homes - deceptive trade practices

A person engages in a deceptive trade practice when, in the course of such person's business, vocation, or occupation, such person engages in conduct that constitutes an unlawful manufactured home sale practice as described in section 24-32-3326, C.R.S.
