Article 69 - Family Advocacy Mental Health Juvenile Justice Programs
§ 27-69-103. Programs established

The family advocacy behavioral and mental health juvenile justice programs are established for system-of-care family advocates and family systems navigators for individuals with behavioral or mental health disorders in the juvenile justice population that must be implemented and monitored by the office of behavioral health, with input, cooperation, and support from the division of criminal justice, created in section 24-33.5-502, the task force created in section 18-1.9-104, and family advocacy coalitions.
