§ 24-33.5-415. Temporary agents - qualifications - term - tenure

In addition to and apart from any other appointment provisions of this part 4, the director, with the approval of the appropriate law enforcement agency or agencies, may appoint peace officers of law enforcement agencies outside the bureau as temporary agents of the bureau. Such temporary agents shall have all the powers, protections, defenses, and immunities provided by statute or otherwise to agents of the bureau.
