§ 24-33.5-409. Agents - duties - powers

Agents shall perform duties in the investigation, detection, and prevention of crime and the enforcement of the criminal laws of this state. Only agents of the bureau shall be vested with the powers of peace officers of this state and have all the powers of any sheriff or police or other peace officer.
