§ 11-110-118. Penalty for violations
Universal Citation: CO Rev Stat ยง 11-110-118 (2017)
Any person who violates any provision of this article 110 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars. Each such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
