§ 7-58-111. Name

(1) Use of the term "cooperative" or its abbreviation under this article or section 7-90-601 is not a violation of the provisions restricting the use of the term under section 7-90-601 (7) (a).
(2) A limited cooperative association or a member may enforce the restrictions on the use of the term "cooperative" under section 7-90-601 (7).
