§ 30-12-102. Legislative declaration

The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that it is important to establish pilot programs in rural counties in the state to provide access to health care for individuals and families who may not otherwise have access to health care in order to develop a model that may be used to provide access to health care for similarly situated individuals and families in other parts of the state.
