§ 30-10-301. Oath of commissioners

CO Rev Stat ยง 30-10-301 (2016) What's This?

Each person elected as commissioner, on receiving a certificate of his election, shall take an oath to support the constitution of the United States and of the state of Colorado, and to perform the duties of his office to the best of his ability, which oath, being endorsed upon said certificate, under the hand and seal of the person administering it, shall be sufficient for said person to act as such commissioner.
