§ 24-35-222. Immunity

A lottery sales agent licensed pursuant to section 24-35-206 shall not be liable for monetary damages or otherwise for the sale of a lottery ticket that complies with this part 2, rules promulgated pursuant to this part 2, or orders issued by the director.
