§ 24-30-1513. State auditor - examination
The state auditor or any person authorized by him shall conduct an examination in accordance with section 2-3-103, C.R.S., to determine that proper underwriting techniques, sound funding procedures, loss reserves, claims procedures, and accounting practices are being followed in the management and operation of the risk management fund, the self-insured property fund, and the state employee workers' compensation account in the risk management fund. The state auditor shall present a report of his findings concerning the risk management fund to the board and to the general assembly and shall present a report of his findings concerning the self-insured property fund and the state employee workers' compensation account to the general assembly.
