§ 24-37.5-504. Higher education exemption

Local and internal telecommunications networks of institutions of higher education may be exempted from the provisions of this part 5 upon application to the chief information officer; except that all systems must be certified by the chief information officer as being technically compatible with plans and networks as described in section 24-37.5-502 (1).
