§ 16-2.5-121. Executive director of the department of revenue - senior director of enforcement for the department of revenue
The executive director and the senior director of enforcement of the department of revenue are peace officers while engaged in the performance of their duties whose authority includes the enforcement of laws and rules regarding automobile dealers pursuant to section 12-6-105 (1) (d) (II), C.R.S., the lottery pursuant to sections 24-35-205 (3) and 24-35-206 (7), C.R.S., medical marijuana pursuant to article 43.3 of title 12, C.R.S., limited gaming pursuant to section 12-47.1-204, C.R.S., liquor pursuant to section 12-47-904 (1), C.R.S., and racing events pursuant to section 12-60-203 (1), C.R.S., and the enforcement of all laws of the state of Colorado and who may be certified by the P.O.S.T. board.
