§ 15-16-202. Trust proceedings - venue

Venue for proceedings under section 15-16-201 or 15-16-205 involving registered trusts is in the place of registration. Venue for proceedings under section 15-16-201 or 15-16-205 involving trusts not registered in this state is in any place where the trust properly could have been registered and otherwise as provided by the Colorado rules of civil procedure.
