§ 12-43.3-502. Fees - allocation
(1) Except as otherwise provided, all fees and fines provided for by this article and article 43.4 of this title shall be paid to the department of revenue, which shall transmit the fees to the state treasurer. The state treasurer shall credit the fees to the marijuana cash fund created in section 12-43.3-501.
(2) The expenditures of the state licensing authority shall be paid out of appropriations from the marijuana cash fund created in section 12-43.3-501.
