§ 12-42.5-307. Penalty

(1) A person who engages in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs in violation of this part 3 is subject to a penalty of up to fifty thousand dollars.
(2) A person who knowingly engages in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs in violation of this part 3 is subject to a penalty of up to five hundred thousand dollars.
