§ 12-42.5-105. Rules
(1) The board shall make, adopt, amend, or repeal rules in accordance with article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., that the board deems necessary for the proper administration and enforcement of the responsibilities and duties delegated to the board by this article, including those relating to nuclear pharmacies.
(2) On or before January 1, 2016, the board shall adopt or amend rules as necessary to permit the dispensing of an opiate antagonist in accordance with section 12-42.5-120 (3).
