§ 12-35-130. Review of board action
(1) The court of appeals, by appropriate proceedings under section 24-4-106 (11), C.R.S., may review any final action of the board to:
(a) Deny or refuse to issue or renew a license;
(b) Suspend a license;
(c) Revoke a license;
(d) Censure a licensee;
(e) Issue a letter of admonition to a licensee;
(f) Place a licensee on probation;
(g) Issue a reprimand to a licensee; or
(h) Issue an order to cease and desist.
(2) The provisions of this section apply to a license issued to a dentist or dental hygienist.
