§ 12-29.5-114. Division of professions and occupations cash fund

It is the intention of the general assembly that all direct and indirect costs incurred in the implementation of this article be funded by annual registration and license fees. All fees collected by the director shall be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall credit the same to the division of professions and occupations cash fund, created by section 24-34-105, C.R.S.
