§ 12-16-117. Administration - rules and regulations - delegation of duties

(1) The commissioner may promulgate such rules and regulations in accordance with article 4 of title 24, C.R.S., as are necessary for the administration of this part 1.
(2) The powers and duties of the commissioner in this part 1 may be delegated to qualified employees of the department of agriculture.
