§ 10-4-631. Insurers to file rate schedule

Any insurer authorized to transact or transacting business in this state shall file a schedule of insurance rates for the minimum coverages required under this part 6 no later than July 1, 2003. The commissioner shall make the information required by this section open to public inspection no later than July 1, 2003.
