14705.5. Each public or private facility or agency providing local specialty mental health services pursuant to a county performance contract plan shall make a written certification within 30 days after a patient is admitted to the facility as a patient or first given services by such a facility or agency, to the local mental health director of the county, stating whether or not each of these patients is presumed to be eligible for specialty mental health services under the Medi-Cal program.
