5531. The election shall be held in all respects as if there were only one election, and only one ticket or ballot shall be used. Nomination papers shall be circulated throughout the ward. A nomination paper containing the name of the candidate to be nominated, with such other information as is required by this article, shall be signed by at least 50 voters residing within the ward.
