5683. The grant recipient or any instrumentality of the recipient shall not charge any fee for fishing at any lake the rehabilitation of which is financed, in whole or part, pursuant to this chapter. This prohibition does not extend to any fee charged by the recipient for any facility or service that is unrelated to fishing at a lake.
