5153. Relinquishment to the park authority of any road, highway, trail, or right of way shall be by resolution of the board or governing body having jurisdiction, spread upon its minutes, after notice and hearing. A certified copy of the resolution, with the acceptance of the park authority endorsed thereon, may be recorded in the office of the county recorder of the county in which the road, highway, or trail is located, and a certified copy shall be filed with the park authority.
