30808. In addition to any other remedy provided by this article, any person, including the commission may bring an action to restrain a violation of the terms and conditions of an urban exclusion imposed pursuant to Section 30610.5. In any such action the court may grant whatever relief it deems appropriate to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the urban exclusion.
