26017. The authority, no later than March 31 of each year, shall submit to the Legislature a report of its activities for the preceding calendar year ending December 31. Such report shall include (a) a listing of the applications received, (b) a listing of the applications accepted for financing, (c) a specification of bonds sold, interest rates thereon, and whether bond sales were pursuant to public bid or were negotiated, (d) a specification of the amount of bonds authorized but currently unsold, (e) a projection of the authority’s needs and requirements for the coming year, and (f) a report of revenues and expenditures for the preceding fiscal year.
