1334. (a)  Nothing in this article shall impair the right of the owner of a long-term health care facility to dispose of his or her property interests in the facility, but any facility operated by a receiver pursuant to this article shall remain subject to such administration until terminated by the court. The termination shall be promptly effectuated, provided that the interests of the patients have been safeguarded as determined by the court.

(b)  Nothing in this article shall limit the power of the court to appoint a receiver under any other applicable provision of law or to order any other remedy available under law.
